Somewhere in all of that, I realized the problem was never effort. It was disconnection. Marketing felt fragmented. Every platform shouting in its own direction. Every piece disconnected from the next. I wanted something better. Something that worked like a system. Not a scramble. So I built it!

The name came to me twice. First at a post office counter, where I was handed a key to PO Box 42. Then again, watching a throwback movie with my family...'Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy. Gate Forty Two. The same number. The same steady pull forward. I stopped waiting for certainty and I listened.
Gate forty two started as a recognition that marketing should function the way an airport does.
